Harmless Agreement and Facility Use Acknowledgement

To the extent permissible by the Constitution and laws of the State of Texas, the user of this facility agrees to protect, indemnify and hold free and harmless, Event Center Frisco (ECF) owners, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, demands, causes of action, or other litigation (including all costs thereof and attorney’s fees) of every kind and character on account of personal injuries, death, bodily injury or damage to property, of the public, Richwoods Academy or the user herein, it’s or their guests, employees, supervisors, vendors and agents whether resulting from the performance of its obligations hereunder or the quality or safety of the programs used and/or the equipment or property of the user herein, all of these without regard to fault, even if any indemnified or injured party is negligent in whole or part.

By signature on this agreement, I, as the contact person duly authorized to act on behalf of the above-named organization, acknowledge and agree that:

The Event Center Frisco ( ECF) management team reserves the right to adjust or restrict the hours of use by any group or organization in order to accommodate the greatest number of requests.in case of conflicts or usage. ( if applicable)

The use of the facility requested will be restricted to the areas designated and approved for the reservation and to individuals associated with the organization in order to maintain security. (Sub-leasing is prohibited.) – Main Gym area and Rest Rooms (4)

Rental Incudes 125 chairs and 10 round tables

( any additional chairs or tables request can be handled but will be charged $2/chair and $15/table )

If there is a need to use classroom for Changing room or kid's activity rooms we charge $25/per hour

Tennis court outside gazebo area, conference room units 330 or any other adjacent spaces if requested will be discussed and charged separately for usage.

Stage blocks standard configuration is 8x12’ if there is any additional blocks needed we have 4x4’ blocks charged at $40 per block

· Adult supervision will be always provided by the group/organization for kids under (10) age.

· The sale, or possession of any weapon, firearm (including concealed handguns without specific authorization), illegal drugs.

· Alcohol is NOT permitted in our ECF parties or events, we do not allow alcohol to be either served OR sold this is against our ECF policy.

·Sale of alcoholic beverages, and pyrotechnics (including fireworks) and the use of tobacco products on any Event center Frisco or Richwoods academy campus property is prohibited.

·The use, possession, or storage of any pesticide or herbicide on any Event Center Frisco ( ECF) property is prohibited.

·Performances, exhibitions, or activities that are deemed indecent, obscene, immoral, or in any manner publicly offensive are not allowed.

· Proof of the required insurance must be submitted prior to the event.

· 50% payment will be needed to confirm your booking within 24 hours of signing the contract to Hold your booking spot

· Balance Payment is required 7 days prior to event date; failure to provide payment will result in cancellation of event.
