For any reason if you need to cancel a booking within 7 days after you paid the 50% advance, there is a service fee ($250) that will be deducted from your advance and the balance amount will be paid back.

For any reason if you need to cancel a booking within 14 days prior to the actual planned event date, 50% will be deducted from your advance amount paid and you will receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid.

If you cancel a booking anytime within 7 days prior to the actual planned event date, the entire advance amount will be deducted, there will be no refund amount paid back.

Any violation to our policy the client or guest is liable for a citation.
