Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted to Event Center Frisco.

Cancellations made with at least 14 days’ notice are eligible for a full refund of payments made.

Cancellations made with at least 7 days’ notice but less than 14 days’ notice are eligible for a partial refund.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable.

Any applicable refund will be based on payments actually received by Event Center Frisco.
